The power supply for Sound Station and Sound Station Premier can stop working with out giving any signs of trouble before going out completely. Instead of an expensive repair check out the power supply. If the power supply seems to be cold to the touch that maybe a sign that the power supply is not functioning. Power supplies usually produce a little heat. Polycom sells a universal replacement power supply for all SoundStations including Premier and SoundStation2.
