Product DESCRIPTIONThe Polycom part number (2200-42441-002) is the correct SKU to replace the power supplies for SoundStation2 Wireless phone and base station for North America. The 2200-42441-002 kit contains the same parts that ship with the SS2W. There are two parts to the power supplies:
1. The PSU converter ‘brick’ with cable that goes to phone attached to make a single part (pasted image from the Quick Start Guide,
2. The regional power cord that goes from AC wall socket to the converter. Both ends of the power cord are industry standard
