State of the art audio conferencing solution

Multi-party audio conferencing is routinely used in corporate world today. Typically businesses outsource this capability to a telephone service provider. The telephone service providers charge for the conferencing service on a per minute per participant basis. Needless to say, the conference calls can become quite expensive as a typical conference call may have six plus local or long distance participants and the call may last for more than thirty minutes. As the need for conferencing service grows businesses find that it is cost effective to bring this function in-house.
XOP works' Digital Conference Bridge products are designed to facilitate audio conferencing service for small to medium sized businesses. The xw DCB-24 supports 24 voice circuits based on a T1 interface. The 24 ports can be used for a single 24 party conference or two or more smaller conferences with total ports adding up to 24.
The xw DCB-24 uses state-of-the-art Digital Signal Processing techniques for Conference mixing, Automatic Gain Control and Echo Cancellation that result in crystal clear voice quality.
The xw DCB-24 can be used for scheduled 'meet-me' conferencing as well as ad-hoc reservation-less conferencing. The xw DCB-24 uses PIN based authentication for keeping the conference calls secure. New PINs are generated automatically for all Meet-me conferences. The xw DCB-24 provides 'beeps' to indicate the arrival or departure of participants.
The xw DCB-24 supports an embedded web server that provides a user-friendly web interface for conference scheduling and management. It can be accessed from any web enabled terminal device.
The xw DCB-24 supports a built-in e-mail server that is used to send automatic e-mail notifications for providing details of the scheduled conferences and end of conference summaries.
The xw DCB-24 has proven interoperability with a number of industry leading PBXs and End Office switches.
